Service Activation & Start Date

When does my cover begin?
Your protection starts as soon as your payment is processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards.

Do I need to do anything to activate my plan?
No action is required. Activation happens automatically. Your plan stays active for 12 months from the purchase date.

When does my coverage end?
Coverage expires at 23:59 exactly 12 months after your purchase date, unless you renew beforehand.

We typically schedule repair appointments within 24 to 48 hours.

What’s Included?

  • Unlimited repair visits and callouts for appliances covered under your 12-month plan
  • All labour costs covered
  • Replacement parts supplied when available
  • Engineer appointments usually booked within 24 to 48 hours after you report a fault
  • Coverage includes mechanical and electrical faults

What’s Not Covered?

  • Cosmetic damage or routine wear and tear
  • Faults existing before your plan started
  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repairs
  • Appliances over ten years old at the start of your plan
  • Damage due to floods, fires, or other natural disasters

We serve mainland UK postcodes. Response times may be longer for remote areas. Please contact us to check your location’s coverage.

Response Times
Engineer visits are generally scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Plan Exclusions & Prohibited Use
The following are excluded from cover:

  • Damage or faults existing prior to your plan start
  • Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or tampering
  • Repairs unrelated to normal appliance function
  • Illegal or fraudulent use of our services or website
  • Appliances used contrary to manufacturer guidelines

If any exclusions apply, your plan may be cancelled without refund or further support.
